Mangesh Deo is a Senior Technology Executive and Independent Advisor with more than 30 years of experience orchestrating large-scale enterprise transformations across complex, highly regulated industries.
As a trusted strategist for private equity and software stakeholders, Mangesh bridges the gap between technology infrastructure, financial modeling, and investor objectives during high-stakes corporate transactions and carve-outs. Throughout his career, he has specialized in aligning cutting-edge technology strategies with business priorities to modernize legacy environments, maximize operational efficiency, and embed robust AI and data governance capabilities.
Previously, Mangesh spent nearly two decades as a divisional CIO at a Fortune 100 Financial Services leader. Serving as the Head of Corporate Functions Technology, he held financial accountability for multi-million operating budgets. In this highly regulated, SOX-controlled environment, he spearheaded the modernization of enterprise planning, actuarial, and financial data platforms. His leadership in pioneering cloud architecture strategies earned him the prestigious Oracle Global Excellence Award for Cloud Architect of the Year in North America. Furthermore, Mangesh instrumentalized critical international growth by helping establish a Global Delivery Center in India as a cost-effective IT operations hub.
Building on his enterprise success, Mangesh later joined Kroll as the Divisional CIO with global responsibility of Enterprise Solutions, directing digital technology strategy and corporate systems governance across the global professional services firm, managing a multi-million annual budget and a matrixed organization of hundreds of professionals. During his tenure, he successfully steered a massive Finance transformation, HR transformation and a GTM transformation across 36 countries by replacing legacy systems and implementing AI based solutions to improve efficiency and reducing the overall IT spend by high seven figures annually

As a relationship-oriented executive leader, Abhishek has helped drive strategic Business and Technology alignment enabling customer success. He brings extensive experience in envisioning, structuring, and managing complex, transformational enterprise engagements focused on multi-year, managed services led strategic initiatives with CXO visibility. His experience spans over US$ 3 Billion in technology services deals with $500 Million in revenue successfully closed.
Abhishek has also helped mid-tier and small-tier organizations conceptualize, build and take to market Technology Managed Services as well as AI Native businesses, rapidly developing and building client bases and revenue to profitability.
He has originated, structured, and led global Fortune 500 customer relationships across Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale & Distribution, Food & Beverage, Airlines & Transportation, Automotive, Telecom, Real Estate, Energy, Education and the Public Sector.
